Bobath Children's Therapy Centre Wales relies on the donations and the fundraising efforts of our friends and supporters to enable us to provide specialist Bobath therapy to children throughout Wales who have cerebral palsy.
We need to raise over £800,000 per annum to run our centre and provide ongoing therapy. Approximately 47% of our income is secured in advance, but the remainder is raised from the support and generosity of trusts, the community, the corporate sector and fundraising events.

Legacies
Why making a will can give you a voice in the future
Making a will ensures that you have some input into what happens to the people you care about in the future. After you have provided for your family and friends, you may like to consider including a charity in your Will.
Why leaving a legacy can be cost effective for you
For supporters who do not have available resources today, leaving Bobath a legacy in their will means they can support our work in the future at no immediate cost to themselves, and possibly at the same time make tax savings which will benefit their families and loved ones.
Why leaving a legacy to Bobath Children’s Therapy Centre Wales can help secure our future
Legacies provide a much-needed boost to our funding, enabling us to plan ahead for the long-term future of the Centre and helping to pay for harder-to-fund areas, so that we can go on improving the quality of life of children in Wales with cerebral palsy for as long as they need us.
More children who will have cerebral palsy are being born every day. We want to be sure that in the future we can go on offering vital Bobath therapy to help give children and their families a better quality of life and help them fulfil their true potential. We need to be able to plan for the future, and legacies can help us do so.
If you would like to leave a legacy to Bobath Children's Therapy Centre Wales, we do advise you to consult a solicitor before making a Will, to ensure that your wishes are clearly stated. Your solicitor will discuss these options with you, and will insert the appropriate clause in your Will. They will need to quote our full title and charity number, which is:
Bobath Children's Therapy Centre Wales
Registered Charity No: 1010183
